Lidy Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products.

Unopened, undamaged, and unused products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by an original receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund. We cannot process claims for damaged products beyond this timeframe.

All returns, whether by mail or in-person, are subject to approval by Lidy Beauty, and we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. For hygienic reasons, certain items may not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit under any circumstances.
